Back when we published our first post we mentioned how we had dreams of Eight & Sixteen becoming not just a blog but a crafty community. We wanted to make this little corner of the internet a place where we will not only share our projects but those made by our readers as well. Of course we'd be honoured if any of your projects were inspired by ours but equally we would love to be inspired by the work of our talented & creative readers.

We'd love to make reader submission posts a regular feature here at E&S so if you've got a crafty project you would like us to showcase please get in contact - we would love to hear from you!

All you need to do is email or tweet us a photo of your creation, include a little bit of information on the project as well if you'd like to, and you may be featured in a future post!

Advertise With Us In September!

If you run a creative business or blog and would like to sponsor Eight & Sixteen throughout September then we would love to hear from you! Although Eight & Sixteen is still a very new venture, we have been overwhelmed with your support so far and are loving every minute of what we're building here.

We are currently offering buttons swaps for up to two months and discounted rates on paid ads if you book a spot with us for two months rather than one. You will also be featured in a spotlight post on our advertisers during the month as well as #ff on Twitter.

Advertise with Eight & Sixteen!

Our first month is nearly over here at Eight & Sixteen - it's flown by!
It has been so much fun to share our projects with you, connect with all sorts of creative people, and really start to get across what we're all about.

As we said in our very first post, we want Eight & Sixteen to be all about creating a community that shares your creative talent too, and so as of next month we will be offering advertising spots in the sidebar.

As a thank you to everyone for reading so far, six spots will be offered for free on a first come, first serve basis. So, if you're a fellow blogger, small business owner or craft publication and would like to advertise it with us just drop us an email or pop a comment below with your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

We will then be offering those lucky six people a discounted rate for the next month, and will also offer a discount to everyone else if you book a spot for three months.
